PhotonWeld lasersource is 100% fully dedicated to laser welding
No use of a general standard laser source!
When our first laser welders were designed and build, we did use at that time laser sources from famous names as IPG, Raycus, Coherent and Max photonics.
We quickly discovered that while these sources were excellent, they were not specifically designed for laser welding. We were unable to fine-tune them as we would have liked.
It was clear that these manufacturers built sources for the general market in order to accommodate as many applications as possible and to be able to generate larger quantities for more cost-effective production, but they were less specialised than what we desired.
Even though the sources were good, we made the decision to search for a more suitable laser source specifically designed for laser welding.
As fundamental requirements for building a real and 100% fully dedicated laser welding lasersource, we established the following significant criteria that our source needed to fullfill:
Highest effectiveness in energy-efficient with the minimum consumption in the market for maximum output of laser power.
Highest Wall plug Energy conversion factor
Maintain maximum welding power and duty during 24/24 at extreme low and high temperatures
Cooling system that is never affected by heat or cold and works always!
Cooling system brings the cold into the lasersource, not like others bringing the heat to the cooler
Easy to transport and carry
Compact
Stable Performance Always
Ready to connect to a robot/cobot
Ready to use special or dedicated laser torches, different then our standard
High Level of Operator comfort and ergonomics
Superlight and compact welding torch, resisting till 3 kW
Durable, waterproof, and dustproof so that it may be used anywhere
Easy to repair!
Needed to look and to feel as a standard arc welding machine.
We succeed to build it like it had to be to become the best laser welder in the world.
Rethinking Welding for a Greener Tomorrow
Currently, the metal welding sector accounts also for of part of global carbon emissions. According to experts, this number is expected to increase dramatically by 2030, which leaves a clear incentive for the industry to deliver significant reductions in emissions in the years to come. With our New PhotonWeld© High Efficient Laser Welding Machine with the revolutionary EcolEner® Energy Saving Technology, we are able to increase the Wall Plug Efficiency to levels over 50%, which is an energy consumption reduction of over 22% to 35% compared to normal laser welding machines.
European Metal Working Industry judged us already with a double silver medaille!

PhotonWeld Pro-Series: Build quietly but let the results speak
For years, we’ve been hard working behind the scenes — designing, testing, improving and building.
No hype. No big announcements.
Just execution. Just positive results!
We don’t believe in showing off at every step of the process.
We prefer to show the results who actually works!
And works very well, even much better than other big names who mostly must have it from their name or their low price!
We are very proud with our superior PhotonWeld Pro-Series if we compare to the rest of the market!
This is not yet the finish line!
What will come into the future will amaze you again and will bring the best of laser welding to the surface!
PhotonWELD uses the new EcolEner High Efficiency Laser Source family
Lasers with record wall-plug efficiency of almost 50%.
PhotonWELD uses the new EcolEner High Efficiency Laser Source family, a new generation of kW class low-mode Ytterbium fiber lasers with record wall-plug efficiency of almost 50%. PhotonWELD Series offers an unparalleled level of reliability, have higher wall-plug efficiency, are brighter and more reliable than kW class diode lasers built by combining multiple emitters into a single output. The ECOLENER Series is perfectly suited for applications that cannot tolerate any downtime or service intervention. The EcolEner can be used in all high power application areas, including cutting, welding, brazing, cladding and surface treatment.
