LasermachPhotonWeld Series Handheld Fiber Laser Welding Machine is a new type high-power, high-end continuous welding tool which adopts a high-quality fiber laser source to produce a fiber optic beam.
After transmission processing, the light is focused on the workpiece to achieve continuous welding. It avoids the thermal strain caused by high heat production and reduces drastic the post-processing jobs. WEGENS ECOLOGISCHE EN ECONOMISCHE ONVERANTWOORDELIJKHEID IN VERGELIJKING MET ONZE LUCHTGEKOELDE SERIE, HEBBEN WE DE VOLLEDIGE PRODUCTIE VAN WATERGEKOELDE LASERLASMACHINES STOPGEZET
Door het veel hogere energieverbruik, gebrek aan flexibiliteit, de lange opwarmtijd in de winter bij opstarten, de enorme ruimtebehoefte en het grote gewicht van de watergekoelde laserlasmachines hebben we besloten de productie van de watergekoelde laserlasmachines. Onze luchtgekoelde laserlasmachines met ingebouwde invertergestuurde warmtepomp presteren beter dan alle watergekoelde versies, waardoor het ecologisch en economisch onverantwoord was om nog steeds deze oude inefficiënte, ruimte- en energieverslindende apparaten aan te bieden of te verkopen. Hoewel de aanschafprijs van watergekoelde laserlasmachines interessant is, is deze investering een zeer slechte keuze voor ons milieu en uw portemonnee.

What Metals can be Successfully Welded with Fiber Lasers?
Lasers can weld many different types of materials together. Stainless steel, titanium,nickel, aluminum, molybdenum, and Inconel are just a few of the metals that are
well-suited to laser welding. What is important to note, however, is that not all metal combinations are weldable.
Aluminum, for example, can be laser welded. However,only dissimilar grades of aluminum can be welded together due to a high probability of cracking.
This is one area where laser welding differs from conventional welding. In conventional welding, the metals don’t bond directly with one another, but rather with the filler material being used. This can be a major factor in determining whether or not a particular application lends itself to laser welding.
