In welding work, shielding gas is indispensable. The quality and cost of gas have always been major issues.

In order to solve these problems, we independently with our supplier, developed a Nitrogen Generator Specifically for Laser Welding.  

Its working principle is to obtain high-purity nitrogen by filtering and purifying air.  With 99.999% high-purity nitrogen, the welding effect is comparable to argon.  No need to buy gas cylinders, the machine cost can be recovered in a few months.

Ultra-short preheating time of 5 minutes, the purity of nitrogen can reach 99.999%. It basically enables welding work to start as soon as the machine is turned on, without having to wait for a long time.

In addition, it has some other advantages that bottled gas cannot achieve, such as continuous stability of gas output and constant gas pressure.  These two factors may cause unstable welding quality.
