 Our R8-X Laser welding robot module has an anti-collision sensor, which is equivalent to having human sense of touch. It plays a very important role in setting the welding robot path. When the welding torch touches the workpiece or other objects, the anti-collision sensor will start the operation and issue an alarm. Signal and emergency stop the welding operation, the welding robot protects the welding torch from damage due to collision. lt always protects faster robots with stronger power, and workpieces that are prone to collision factors.

Features of welding robot anti-collision sensor:

1. Absorb energy to protect the welding robot body. In the process of collision, the anti-collision sensor can absorb energy to protect the device. This energy will be released again along with the collision removal process. During the removal process, it is equivalent to energy conversion. The damage is transferred out.

2. The welding robot can reduce downtime and realize automatic reset. Anti-collision sensors can reduce downtime in the event of failure, have certain investment benefits, and reduce the need for human intervention. After a collision, high-precision positioning components can restore the sensor to its original position.

3. High torque torsion performance of welding robot. In the common motion range of the welding robot, during the collision process, the sensor can adapt to the collision of different angles, and an optional spring is provided to provide 3 different jump torque points, so that the welding robot has enough time to take corrections action.
