Les avantages du soudage au laser par rapport au soudage à l'arc
Le soudage laser est une technique de soudage extrêmement précise, rapide et à haute efficacité énergétique.
Il n’existe aucun outil pouvant être utilisé de manière aussi diversifiée que le laser. Il permet de réaliser très rapidement de fins points de soudure d'un diamètre de 0,1 mm ainsi que des cordons de soudure profonds de plusieurs mètres de long. Avec une déformation minimale, des géométries de couture très fines avec un rapport profondeur/largeur important peuvent être créées. Les lasers soudent des matériaux à température de fusion élevée, ainsi que d'autres à conductivité thermique élevée. Grâce à leur fusion réduite et à leur temps de fusion court et facilement contrôlable, ils peuvent même assembler des matériaux qui autrement ne pourraient pas être soudés ou ne pourraient l'être que difficilement. Si nécessaire, du matériel supplémentaire peut être utilisé. Les concepteurs de produits et les ingénieurs de procédés qui envisagent le soudage au laser comme alternative aux types de soudage plus conventionnels, tels que le soudage à l'arc MIG-MAG ou/et TIG, trouveront que chacun a ses avantages et ses inconvénients. Mais pour la plupart des applications, le soudage au laser est une méthode de soudage plus propre, plus précise et plus contrôlée et est surtout beaucoup plus rapide et mieux contrôlable.

PhotonWeld: The unstoppable killer of electric welding and argon arc welding
LasermachPhotonWeld Series Handheld Fiber Laser Welding Machine is a new type high-power, high-end continuous welding tool which adopts a high-quality fiber laser source to produce a fiber optic beam.
After transmission processing, the light is focused on the workpiece to achieve continuous welding. It avoids the thermal strain caused by high heat production and reduces drastic the post-processing jobs. It is high ecological and is environmentally friendly, pollution-free and greatly improving the joint strength and quality of welding.
Replacing the old thermal welding systems with a hand-held type fiber laser gun, not only facilitates the welding of molds, advertising characters, kitchen utensils, doors and windows, etc., but also makes laser welding possible in outdoor operations, which indicates that the traditional welding of electric welding, argon arc welding, etc. will be definitively be replaced by fiber laser welding.
Safety note
Please note though, that laser welding does have some unique hazards which need to be accounted for when considered as a welding process. A provision of a welding enclosure should also be made when using, testing or having demonstrations at your place!
For this reason, the demonstrations are by preference not available on site unless having an adequate protection.
